Made of authentic Qinzhou Nixing clay. Hand-thrown into the classic Xishi teapot shape with fitted lid and round knob. Two cranes and pine tree are hand-carved in fine line relief, with detailed feathers and pine needles. High-temperature firing creates a warm reddish-brown kiln-change finish, with the carved pattern in a lighter tone for clear contrast. Develops a glossy patina with use.
